With a partner, partition reps anyway needed:
5 Rounds for time:
50 Strict sit ups
400 meter Dumbbell farmer's carry (50lbs/35lbs)
30 Hand-release push ups
(carry in 100 meter increments)
Coaches’ Note: If you have ever seen the classic comedy movie, "Dumb and Dumber," you know that it took Harry and Lloyd quite a bit of time to get to Aspen from the East Coast. Think of today's effort as a long road trip with your favorite workout partner. Because this can be partitioned any way, each time a partner is working, they should be able move faster, relative than they would be if they were on their own due to the built in rest. The strict sit ups should be taking no longer than :90 total to complete, the 400m farmer's carry will be performed in 100m increments and should take no longer than 3 minutes to complete and should be performed at a jog-trot pace throughout the effort. Our 30 push ups should take no longer than 1 minute to complete. The limit of advance today will be the hand-release push up. In order to go for the 30 reps off the toes, each partner should have the ability to perform over 10 unbroken with ease.
