Intramural Open! Starting October 11th!

Our Intramural Open is back and begins on October 11 with a Friday Night Lights bang! Much like our Throwdown, ALL levels of experience and fitness are welcome to join in on the fun!

"Buddy Rush"

For time:
With a partner, partition any way needed:
2,000 meter Row
100 Dumbbell bench press (50lbs/35lbs)

Overtime (post-WOD)
10 minutes to build to a heavy 2 bench press

  • This doesn't need to be a PR, just something heavy for today!

    Coaches’ Note: Buddy up and get your swol on!! Our 2,000m row should be taking no more than 9 minutes to complete as both partners will be able to share the work and have some rest - leaving us able to go a little harder each time we get on. The 100 dumbbell bench press should be a weight that individually you could hold for sets of 10 every time your hands are on the dumbbells. This should take us no longer than 3 minutes to complete.
