20 Rounds for time:
With a partner, you go, I go:
20 Wall ball (20lbs/14lbs)
1 Rope Climb (15')
Coaches’ Note: This is going to be a doozie of a partner workout today. One partner will perform one round while the other rests. The loading for the wall ball should be something that we can go unbroken on for at least the first 6 individual rounds of the workout. After that, it should take no more than 3 quick sets to complete. Throughout the workout, the wall ball should take no longer than 40 seconds. The rope climb should take no longer than 10 seconds to complete (to reach the top of our target). The next parter goes as soon as the first partner reaches their target height for the climb. The goal is to keep a fast pace as we will have built-in rest as the other partner works.
