Barbell Betties

Our most popular specialty program (available in January, April, July, and October).

Barbell Betties is a 5 week, twice-per-week class designed to help women improve strength, develop toned, lean muscle, and build confidence both in and out of the gym.

The next session starts July 15th (and space is limited).
