Vitality

Our specialty program for those age 55 and older.

In the Vitality Program, you’ll work with coaches who know exactly what it takes to be fit in middle age and beyond — increasing muscle mass and bone density, building strength and balance, and enhancing cardiovascular health. You'll feel strong, confident, and in control of your body.

Open to anyone who wants to exercise alongside fellow adults in a fun, safe and challenging environment. No prior experience necessary.

Twice per week: Mondays 3:30pm - 4:15pm and Thursdays 4:15pm - 5:00pm
Once per week: Thursdays 6:15pm - 7:00pm
