Spring Schedule Starts!

Monday April 4th, 2016 our spring schedule starts!

A new class on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday! 

4:15-5PM.

 Classes at night will continue at 5, 6 and 7 PM. Yes the 4:15 class is 45 minutes, don't worry, you'll still get the same workout and same class as any other that day.

If this is a class time that you like and would like it to be more then just a seasonally scheduled class, come to it! If it's a popular time, we'll adjust evening hours to 4:15, 5:15, 6:15 and 7:15.
