For time:
50 GHD Sit ups

* Utilize a scaling option that you have learned in class in our GHD skill sessions to scale this properly:
1. Decrease the reps to 25 total (5 reps for 5 sets) if you are just starting full range of motion
2. Scale to parallel if you are an ab-mat sit up ninja that can complete 50 consecutive
and controlled in arow
3. If ab-mat sit ups are still challenging, complete 5 sets of 10 reps
