For Quality
Spend 10 minutes practicing hanstand walks using the
progression we saw last week:

- Bear Crawl
- Plank shoulder taps
- Wall Walk
- Partial wall shoulder taps
- Walk between line of boxes - feet on the the boxes, hands moving
- Kick up off wall, walk in a few feet
- Attempts with partner support of PVC Pipe (Partner holding PVC must keep elbows STRAIGHT Make sure to communicate )
- Attempts with no partner support
- For advanced athletes, walk over some plates
