Keep the load light and move for quality on these. Follow the progression in the video. Work to where your current overhead flexibility is. It’s about moving well, not loading heavy. If you need to work with a PVC for all 5 sets, that’s great! The intent is to strengthen your overhead position to help improve your overhead squats and snatches.
