Strict Weighted Pull up:
1-1-1-1-1

*ascending or hold across
*you should have 4-5 warm up sets prior to set 1
* if we are still working on our pull ups, perform 3-3-3-3-3 strict banded pull ups and make them as challenging as possible by using the least amount of resistance while still maintaining the ability to get your chin above the bar
